If all items in your order are in stock, the order will be shipped within 3 business days. Generally, you will receive your order 1-3 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier. If there are items in the order that are not in stock, we will ship the order as soon as it is complete.

This depends on the type of product and the number of products on order. On average, we can produce an order within 3-7 business days. If you place an order for products that still need to be produced, and production takes longer than 3 business days, we will inform you of the expected shipping date.

You cannot change an order once it has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still make changes. We can still change personalized items until the printing process has started.

Products can be returned within 14 days, with the exception of personalized products. Please refer to our return policy page for a step-by-step guide.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order. We are a webshop without a physical store.

Currently, we offer standard shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If you would like to receive an order in a different country, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

This depends on the product. For many products, we have a small stock of the most popular colours, but we also make many to order. Custom products are, of course, always made to order.

Certainly! If you've created a great design, we can print it for you. Contact us with your requirements, we'd be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

Our 3D-printed products can be made from various materials, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, or ASA. Each material has its unique properties, and we carefully select which material best suits the needs of each product. For some products, you can choose from multiple materials yourself. More information about the materials we use can be found on our materials page.

For many products, customization is possible. Please contact us for the options.

Yes, with 3D printing, slight layer lines or small imperfections may be visible. This is inherent to the production process and makes each item unique. We carefully inspect every product, and they all meet high quality standards.
