Delivery Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the delivery terms of DuckSurprise.

The sale of items offered by DuckSurprise is exclusively for persons of legal age. DuckSurprise only delivers to private individuals and businesses within the European Union. DuckSurprise reserves the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.

After placing an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. The total amount of the order must be paid within 7 days, otherwise the order may be cancelled and the products may be offered for sale again on DuckSurprise.

Once payment has been received by DuckSurprise, the order will be shipped when all items in the order are in stock. If all items are in stock at the time of ordering, the order will usually be shipped within 3 business days. The production time for items not in stock varies per product. The average production time for an order is 3-7 business days. If production takes longer than 3 business days, DuckSurprise will inform the customer of the expected production duration. The customer can choose from two different delivery options:

-You have the order shipped via regular postal delivery

-You have the order shipped via express postal delivery

During checkout, you are responsible for providing correct and complete address details. If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided, DuckSurprise is not responsible for lost shipments. If you provide incorrect or incomplete address details, all additional costs resulting therefrom will be at your expense. Do you indicate that a signature is not required for the package? For example, by stating that the package can be left at an agreed location. Then you confirm that we are not liable for damage, loss, or theft.

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Prices on the website may contain errors. If you order a product with an incorrect price, you will be notified and the order may be cancelled. An incorrect price is a price that is unrealistic and deviates significantly from the actual market price.
