Material & quality

Each home accessory is made from high-quality plastic that is carefully selected for durability and appearance. Our home accessories are usually made of PLA or PETG, but sometimes also of ABS or ASA. Please visit our materials page for explanations and the pros and cons of the different types of plastic. The 3D printing process allows for small details and unique textures that are not possible with traditional production methods. Slight layer lines or small imperfections may be visible on the home accessories. This is a normal and characteristic part of the 3D printing process and gives each product its own character. Of course, all our products meet our high quality standards.

Use of the home accessories

Our home accessories are suitable for indoor use. Preferably do not place the home accessories in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV light can cause the products to fade. In addition, the temperature in direct sunlight behind glass can rise sharply. Please note that PLA can deform at temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius. For PETG, this will be at temperatures above 65 degrees Celsius. For more information about the different materials we use, please visit our materials page.

To clean the home accessories, you can use a soft cloth with lukewarm water. If necessary, use a mild detergent for stubborn stains, but avoid aggressive chemicals or abrasives to prevent damage. We advise against putting the home accessories in the dishwasher, as the heat can deform the material. Always dry the home accessories thoroughly after cleaning.

How sturdy are the home accessories?

Depending on the product, our home accessories can be both functional and decorative. Some products may contain small parts that can be fragile. Please handle with care. Please note that products may become brittle and/or discoloured after prolonged exposure to moisture or UV light. Do not place the products in direct sunlight; at excessively high temperatures, the products may deform. The temperature resistance of the product depends on the material from which the product is made. Please refer to our materials page for properties of our materials.

How do I clean the home accessories?

Our 3D-printed home accessories can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Can I order a custom size or color?

For many of our home accessories, customisation is possible. If you would like to order the product in a different colour, finish or size, please contact us. We would be happy to discuss the possibilities.

If I order multiple items, will they be exactly the same?

Due to the 3D printing process, small variations may occur, which makes each home accessory unique. Of course, the dimensions are always exactly the same. Home accessories with solid colors will be almost identical to each other. Home accessories where the colors blend into each other will differ from each other. If in doubt, please contact us!
